How long does setup take?
About ten minutes for your first contract and alert channel. Importing from Defender is one upload.
What do you need from us?
Public addresses and where to send alerts. For account alerts, a webhook you create in Okta, Zoom or Workspace. Never a private key, a seed phrase or a password.
What happens when an alert fires?
You get a message with what changed, the block and time, and who can act now. You open it in SixStar to see the full history or mark it as expected.
Can SixStar recover stolen funds?
No. We never move funds. We tell you fast, and show who has the power to act, so your team can respond.
What if we go over a limit?
The extra items pause. Nothing is deleted. Move up a plan and they start again.
How do we cancel?
Plans are prepaid and do not renew by themselves. When the period ends, you choose whether to buy another.
